    Neighbor has installed propane tanks for his generator on my fence line. I've been informed this is a code violation and he may be over the property line. His tanks are closer to my house than his and I believe he did this on purpose. It wasn't a big problem until the second tank started to lean and is now causing issues with me putting my fence back up. When generator is in use my plumbing and back windows vibrate. These tanks are well within 10 ft of my property line (right on it). Contractor has informed me that fence will not be safe with tanks up against them.

    Due to very limited parking at the Main Library and patrons having to use the lot across Osceola ( which is often chained off and not accessible) , there needs to be a marked crosswalk from the entrance to across the street parking to library entrance) Cars zoom along Osceola north & south and cannot see pedestrians waiting or crossing Osceola due to street parking on west side of Osceola. There needs to be marked crosswalk for safety. The hotel being built adjacent to the library will take years to complete and will only add to the dangers of patrons wishing to visit the library or CoachmanPark and The Sound. There was very poor planning by the city to have the beautiful Main Library without proper access and this discourages safe use of this beautiful facility!

    Damaged driveway ramp (city property) was caused by a broken city underground storm drain where storm water flowed continuously for over 3 years. The concrete is cracked, sinking and buckled and is now beyond repair. A substantial trip and safety hazard exists in this public area. City worker (Chris) inspected the damage on 30/4/25 and suggested reporting this issue immediately.

    Answered a call from a resident that said there is a significant dip in the road at Highland Ave. and Greenlea/Otten going south on Highland in the right lane in the crosswalk area.

    from MArymont Park to the South off of Brandon and Gilbert. this drainage is completely overgrown through McKinley, Harding Street and south.
    This is part of Stephenson's creek that needs to flow down to Druid and over to the Max MArine, mangroves and CCC into the BAY. to avoid flooding of all of these properties, including the airpark, this needs to be cleared. MArymont park is being worked on now and this needs to also be done or it will just be a lake.

    Sidewalk at beach Access is being undermined by a short drain pipe from the neighbors house on the south side, washing out the soil and sand underneath the sidewalk section.. I believe the solution would be to have the homeowner reroute this drain pipe for water runoff on his property or extend a pipe all the way out into the pit.. there’s a danger of the sidewalk slab collapsing, as it’s significantly washed out underneath it.
