  • 1811 Sharondale Dr Clearwater, FL, 33755, USA - Clearwater
Multiple issues. Speeding down Sharondale and being used as a cut through to from sunset point to highland Avenue. We have small children and elderly. The roundabout in the center of Sharondale and Greenlee is getting destroyed by semi trucks trying to make the round. they shouldn’t be allowed in the neighborhood. They are using Greenlee as a cut through from keene Road to Highland which is resulting in multiple roundabouts being damaged. In all situations, the speed limits are being exceeded. Sharon Dale presently has two speed bumps and we need a third. There’s a long stretch between between two.
  • 1001 N Martin Luther King Jr Ave Clearwater, Florida, 33755 - Clearwater
I am requesting a handicap sign to be posted for parking with a handicap permit tag. There are not any in my complex or the streets surrounding it.
  • 3323 San Domingo St Clearwater, FL, 33759, USA - Del Oro Groves
The over gown bushes and trees on the property located at 3323 San Domingo St., Clearwater Fl are a serious traffic hazard from both directions. The property is on a curve and the bushes are right out to and over the street totally block the view of the road. Cars often park on the other side of the road which causes an even more dangerous situation. It is not only a danger for driving but the area is very close to Bayshore and has many children and adults that walk and ride their bikes to the trail. I’m not sure if the City is responsible for the area between the sidewalk and the road but this area is a hazard to the public and sooner or later someone is going to get hurt.
  • 48-68 Starcrest Dr Clearwater, FL, 33765, USA - Clearwater
This road (S. Starcrest Drive) bisects a very large apartment complex (300+ units) and is home to many children. Cars are constantly driving at a high rate of speed down this road. It's just a matter of time before one of these children are killed. Please install traffic calming devices. Thank you.
  • 541-649 N Bayshore Blvd Clearwater, FL, 33759, USA - Clearwater
Tree and shrub vegetation and limbs blocking visibility through this turn on Bayshore Dr, between San Mateo st and 550 Bayshore. No line of sight so no reaction time. Unsafe!
  • 620 Fairwood Forest Dr Clearwater, FL, 33759, USA - Clearwater
The street light is flashing kind of like a strobe.
  • 2612-2638 Landmark Dr Clearwater, FL, 33761, USA - Clearwater
Speed limit lights on both the north and south of Leila G Davis Elementary do not work. 2 years ago , maintenance was unsuccessfully done. Works said parts were put on hold due to the pandemic. This is the only safety feature to protect the crosswalk. Help!
  • 1204-1248 Palmetto St Clearwater, FL, 33755, USA - Clearwater
Parents waiting to pick up middle school children are blocking both directions of Palmetto St, bringing through traffic between Highland and Keene to a complete standstill. Palmetto is too narrow for parents to pull off to the side and through traffic cannot pass. Parents wanting to make a left turn eastbound into the parking lot block the roadway. Palmetto is the only direct route between Drew and Sunset Point and now unusable when school is ending. I haven't even tried to use Palmetto in the morning during dropoff. This is now a daily issue that must addressed to allow through traffic to nearby residents.
  • 28-38 Laurel St Clearwater, FL, 33767, USA - Clearwater Beach
We have over a dozen (we stopped counting) old electrical boxes that were used to connect telephone services to residences. The city at one time must have provided easements to these utility companies. These boxes have sharp metal edges and exposed wires and are near public walkways. One is front of the fire department facility; others can be found at Eldorado and Laurel near the beach entrances and near resident's sidewalks that are on the way to the beach (Laurel Ave between Mandalay and Bruce). All are on the city's right of way. We tried to get Frontier to remove the one mention in the previous sentence and picture below; but it has been impossible and no response. I would expect that the utility easement agreement must require removal of this equipment when it is no longer in use. Please help us with this safety issue. Note: more photos are available; I could only up load one
  • 3323 San Domingo St Clearwater, Florida, 33759 - Del Oro Groves
I saw this post and had to comment. This house is on a very wide road on a rarely used street. Visibility is at least 100 feet all around the curve and it is not on a corner so no signs are blocked whatsoever. In addition this neighbor developed this native food forest to share with the neighborhood and it is gorgeous, winning awards and an absolute gem of the neighborhood. This original poster should do one of the garden tours and educate themselves about food forests and native gardening or find something else productive to do with their time. It would be a crying shame to lose this wonderful gathering spot.
