City of Clearwater PLUS

I would like to add my voice to this continually ignored problem. I myself have witnessed the problem first hand and I personally have almost been involved with a accident at this location. The problem is everyone ignores the right turn only signage and goes straight across the roundabout causing vehicles, that have the right of way, to have to stop or be involved with a accident. I have addressed this issue before to no resolution. I guess it will take someone sueing due to the fact that a known public safety issue is being ignored.

Here we go again! I was almost side-swiped by another vehicle IGNORING the RIGHT TURN ONLY marking by signage and road paintings at the circle on Mandalay going back to the mainland. If no one is going to obey the signs take them down or police this intersection daily! How many accidents need to occur here in order for my voice to be heard?

Along our whole property line, there are several trees and brushes that are starting to grow over mine in our neighbor's fences. Are those going to be trimmed at all? Also it seems like some of the trees are pushing in my fence on our property line. I would just like to see if this was going to get addressed.

A large branch has fallen into my yard from back yard area. I believe the city should come and remove. I am worried about the health of the tree and would like it looked at as well. Thank you.
Keyed for resident. City utility in resident reported 'easement' is a subterranean sanitary line and would not constitute landscape maintenance from privately owned trees.

I had submitted a request to trim low trees over the road along Soule Rd, Union St and 2nd Street a month or so ago. I was informed that Soule and Union were County streets and to contact them - I did and they recently trimmed the trees. I was hoping the city would take care of the ones on 2nd Street as well.

Please evaluate the 4 laurel oak trees in the ROW for health and decline, I am concerned about them.
