Right where the manhole cover is the road dips substantially and is causing damage to the cars. It is a very dangerous dip and only getting deeper. This is one of the only ways into and out of a school zone and poses a huge threat to everyone commuting as many swerve to avoid it. It is a liability for the city.

Hello! We have a manhole in our backyard, but it is elevated quite a bit out of the ground and was told that the City can have it lowered. I would love to start that process, thank you!

Between 803 Lotus Path and 1001 S Myrtle a hole is developing where some sewer work was done several years ago. I don’t know if this is a result of lining the pipes that was done or the sewer work.
The depression has been getting deeper in the last couple of weeks, perhaps due to the rains that we had.
In the interest of it not subsiding more, I am informing you of this issue.

Broken sidewalk and now with a sinking road hazard along outside driveway within the city property

Clearwater department flushes the system at the end of our cul-de-sac weekly which causes water to pour into our curb. It is making our driveway settle in the middle and there are excessive cracks in our curb. We would like this to be addressed and our curb repaired. Thank you.

Large pothole in street

There's a good size dip in the road that looks like it's about to cave in. Someone put a cone in it to warn people.

customer has a depression opening near her driveway on the city side. She would like someone to contact her ASAP this is her second call within the hour
