Broken sidewalk and now with a sinking road hazard along outside driveway within the city property

Hello! We have a manhole in our backyard, but it is elevated quite a bit out of the ground and was told that the City can have it lowered. I would love to start that process, thank you!

There's a good size dip in the road that looks like it's about to cave in. Someone put a cone in it to warn people.

Large pothole in street

customer has a depression opening near her driveway on the city side. She would like someone to contact her ASAP this is her second call within the hour

Pothole has already been repaired twice. It's starting to sink in again, already about 3-4 inches down in the middle. It's just been getting worse and worse since the repair. located between the homes 1441 and 1440 on Woodbine Street. This is becoming a road hazard again.

Resident's daughter reports a sinkhole in the rear of home where city sanitary lines are present. The depression seems to be affecting the pool in the yard. Please contact and inspect ASAP. Lisa Bjerk at 727-364-6881.

There is a depression in the roadway at 3200 Masters Drive.

Kim Jiran/office manager is asking for the city to investigate a depression in the roadway in front of the surgical center. She states the depression is causing a 'sinkhole' and since cars park along the side of the street it makes vehicle passage difficult.
