City of Clearwater PLUS

CPD called in with an alert of a large depression in the middle of the road. CPD mentioned there is a cone over the depression and requesting that someone take a look at it.

Sewar manhole cover was dug up in the address above's backyard around september. Cones and tape were places around the hole that was dug up and no one has been back out. Resident is trying to figure out what the status of this dig is and why and would like the yard repaired as it has been 3 months and no information has been provided.

Customer has a depression opening on the easement by the sidewalk. He would like someone to come out and take a look he put a paver over the area to help others avoid the fall/ trip hazard.

Resident (Patricia) called to report that the water dept came onto her property to do a clean out and they never filled the hole. She would like to have someone come out to fill in the hole with cement. She can be reached at 727-644-6512

This metal cover is a temporary cover to a water issue that the city had placed and has not been back to place a permanent safe fix I've seen many children trip over this and cut themselves Can you please send someone out to complete the repairs?

On West drive two holes that need to be filled.

there is a softball size hole a few feet northeast of my water meter where the sewer line runs. Im concerned that Frontier may have damaged sewer line when they put in their wires

Resident says a team came out to look at a sinking hole in her drive way and she was told it was the sewar line collapsing and that a team would be back out to do repairs and no one has followed up. this was 2 weeks ago she would like to get an update.

Depressions and roadway cracking along patches in front of house. Concern over a sinkhole forming, please investigate.

Hello, I live on north of betty lane downtown clearwater. The newly installed manhole covers that were put in makes a loud noise when vehicles drive over them and is not stable. Please take a look at them when vehicles pass over.
