Back alleyway behind my house has fallen trees and unable to pass through as it’s not drivable

This is a City of Clearwater owned lot that is directly across the streeet from our home and has not been cut in months. Its completely overgrown and now we have coyotes and snakes living in the tall grass.

No cutting no trimming fences . We love Clearwater . Make this owners responsible . To make this street perfect and clean. As neighbors we clean the street and keep trash away. Also there some homeless around this block . Spruce st need to be trim and fix that street so we can enjoy our neighborhood. We need action . We

The net on the tennis court is broken. It drops down low in the center. When trying to raise it, it just drops right back down.

I was using the bathroom, at the big building area that has a fence around it, and all the fence entrance doors were closed except for one that was all the way to the left. I heard faint music being played coming from the stage, but no actual event was going on, so I entered inside through the entrance and went to use the bathroom and none of the workers stopped me or told that it was closed.
when I left the bathr0om and went to exit through the open fence doors, that were still left open, the city maintenance workers started harassing me and asked me if "I was okay," and also told me that the bathroom were closed." I told them that since they left the fence door open, I didn't know and that nobody told me that I couldn't in them when I entered. They also asked me if I was "part of the event," and I told them there is no event, there is only faint music being played at the stage.
After I told them this, they finally let me leave, but I was definitely did not appreciate them doing that to me, yelling and talking to me disrespectfully like that, implying that I am crazy, by asking me "if I am okay," because that is the way they came off with the tone of their voices and the nature of the way they talked to me and approached me.

This property is a disgusting example of hoarding. The rats are in and outside of her home. There is not a clean spot in or outside of her home. She uses her yard as a toilet. No one should live in that house. it is a fire hazard and unsanitary.
