Public WorksΆνοιγμαPlease update your information in timely and informative manner. I received an add for Arbor Day giveaway for 2025, and the date for this year was moved from April to January, but the information on this web-page still has old information suggesting to check for list of species in April.

Information TechnologyΆνοιγμα734 Bay Esplanade Clearwater, Florida, 33767 - Clearwater Beachon the city GIS maps my home is not shown. the home next to me is shown as 734 Bay Esplanade which is my address. this may sound trivial but the home next to me is currently vacant due to hurricane damage. many othe sources and mapping systems such as GPS routing systems and other sites such as zillow rely on accurate city maps for their applications. Hence, people looking for my home get sent next door which happens to be on a different street (Iris) all together.

City ManagerΆνοιγμαHello,
Thank you for having this mechanism to reach out to ask a question. This is definitely using the tools available to make it easy to contact you directly. My question is, why is it not utilized across the full spectrum of the technological domain? I need replace my garage door, I go to Accela Clearwater, take the time to register and then the system tells me Homeowners can't put in our own permit online, we have to in most cases take time off of work and go and do it in person. Please tell me why? if you tell me, it would be too difficult, for some I agree, open it up for easy permits. Like changing out a garage door. -

I strongly urge the city to reconsider planting fishtail palms in Coachman Park. Fishtails are tropical, not cold-hardy, and will likely struggle or die during Florida’s occasional cold snaps. They also provide little shade and have a limited lifespan. In contrast, Bismarck palms are hardy, drought-tolerant, and perfectly suited to Florida’s climate. They are strikingly beautiful, long-lived, and provide a bold, shaded canopy that would enhance the park for generations. Please choose Bismarck palms for their resilience, beauty, and long-term value.
St. Petersburg used these palms in their park.

Right-of-Way Tree MaintenanceΑναγνωρισμένο1746 Lombardy Dr Clearwater, FL, 33755, USA - ClearwaterIn the picture I submitted look at the tree behind the blue recycling can. It is leaning to the left, it used to stand up straight. Our house is to the right and our yard is upheaved and concrete is cracking. The owner to the right, where the tree is, does not deal with the problem. We have talked to her, other neighbors have talked to her. We need help. Her power line is hanging in the tree and a potential fire in the neighborhood is eminent. PLEASE HELP
