Rain water is coming from the street like a river down the two houses before my house and flooding my house. It never happened in 10+ years living here. It’s rain water that’s not draining properly somewhere in the street.

There is sinkhole close to base of house that appears to be in line with stormwater drain pipe. It is close to gas line so need to get someone to come out and inspect ASAP.
  • Banbury Xing Alpharetta, GA, 30009, USA - Alpharetta
AlphaLoop behind Banbury Xing, Midwick Subdivision has a severe, ongoing drainage problem. For months a wet, orange, oily substance pours onto the Loop & remains for days. Walkers, runners & bikers often don't notice the slick surface & lose their balance. Someone could be critically hurt!

I am President of the Rowes DT HOA. Many of our neighbors (myself included) have noticed that many of the lights on the Alpha Loop behind Midwick, Rowes Downtown and Voysey are out. In fact, there are more out than are operational. It is VERY dark on the trail and obviously this creates several concerns, not the least of which is safety. With so many people using the trail in the evenings and at night for walks and getting back and forth from DT to Avalon, this is dangerous (and honestly a tripping or falling hazard as it really is hard to see very far on a cloudy night). We love this trail and love using it, but after walking tonight and seeing all of the outages, we are concerned and would like to have this addressed promptly, especially as the days grow shorter. Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this matter.

This is your staging area where you completely wiped out all of the vegetation to store your heavy equipment during the paving of the loop Initially, we were devastes by this and by your decision to do this directly behind our houses instead of 50 yards to the right where at least it wouldn't have affected our property values But we were told that it would be completely landscaped when you were done

Now, it is a pit with 7 dead trees in the back To add insult to injury, yesterday, you added the straw/hay again that will result in patchy weeds

Why is this the ONLY place along the entire loop that you have decided to completely neglect? This area needs more trees, bushes, plantings and pine straw It is an eye sore

This is the staging area behind our house in Chelsea Walk on the loop We were told that the area would be landscaped So far, we've gotten 7 dead trees in back of lot Bushes were delivered, but just learned they will be used to landscape the dead-end of the loop that no one can see right now There is trash, debris and full trashcans back here It's an eyesore

All the Alpha Loop lights are out Please repair all of them asap for the safety your residents We live right by the loop and it's a completely different experience when it's pitch black versus lit at night!

It would be nice if completing this gravel section of the greenway between Union Hill Park and Ronald Reagan could become a priority. G
