City of Alpharetta PLUS

This house is used as a storage unit by the owner, I don't think anyone lives here. It is pretty much condemned. Uncountable number of cats live in the house, it's a hoarder's paradise and a fire & health risk. An abandoned car, storage containers and boxes spread all over the front yard. The driveway is insanely damaged. This is a very sore eye to our neighborhood as well as a fire, health and safety issue.

Car be parking too close to corner blocking backing out of drive across the way - can sign like one on adjoining street be posted or curb be painted - no parking here to corner ? What is require distance from parking to intersection

Silt water runoff hours after rain has ended.

90 Parkmont looks like a used car lot. with 7 or 8 vehicles. I understand this property has a mother-in-law suite situation...but is this too many adults living in the same place?

Please remove 2/3 of the new street lamps on Rucker Road.

There are way too many and they ruin the look of the neighborhood.

Also refrain from adding these on Mayfield if that is the plan.

Dead pine tree in right away directly behind 1850 Broadwell Oaks Drive. If it falls toward the east, it will land directly on the house roof.

Grass is very overgrown on this home. Needs mowing.

Home at two sixty one Dennis Drive in northfield subdivision has an old toilet and old vanity sink stored on the side of the house visible from the street. I think this house is most likely going to be sold but items have been there 2 weeks. No success addressing with the hoa. Isn’t this a code violation with the city of alpha? Please advise
