Reported yesterday and the builder/developer was to be contacted and situation handled. There are even more nails today than yesterday? When are we going to suspend building privileges until you’d stops! Many many residents have had to have tires replaced. The public parking spots are unusable, but the public isn’t aware of the dense number of nails until a flat on the road later.
  • 11950–11952 Harris Rd Alpharetta 30076, United States - Alpharetta
I first noticed this car parked in front of this residence (just south of Birch Hollow Drive on Harris Road), early afternoon, Monday 10/15. I passed it again at 6pm tonight and it is still there. It has been parked on the street with a huge neon green for sale sign in the front and back window. When did our city streets become a used car lot? And doesn’t Code Enforcement patrol this area?

Cars continually park on the road and in the lawn of many houses on bates road. Please notify homeowners not to have guests park in the road, that is what the common subdivision parking lot is for.

In Nottingham Gate Subdivision, numerous people continue to park their cars in the street going in the opposite direction. It is unsafe especially when going down the hill in the middle of the neighborhood and especially bad at night as you think the car is coming towards you. I thought this was not allowed to do.
  • 1120 Kilmington Ct Alpharetta, GA 30009, USA - Alpharetta
    parked in fire lane
  • 180 Pebble Trail Alpharetta Georgia - Alpharetta
This house is used as a storage unit by the owner, I don't think anyone lives here. It is pretty much condemned. Uncountable number of cats live in the house, it's a hoarder's paradise and a fire & health risk. An abandoned car, storage containers and boxes spread all over the front yard. The driveway is insanely damaged. This is a very sore eye to our neighborhood as well as a fire, health and safety issue.
  • 4000 Greatwood Path Alpharetta, Georgia - Alpharetta
There appears to be two abandoned cars parked near the corner of Greatwood Path and Greatwood Crossing. They have been parked on the street more than one month. Both cars have Colorado license tags.
  • 2100 Fairfax Dr Alpharetta, GA, 30009, USA - Alpharetta
Home at two sixty one Dennis Drive in northfield subdivision has an old toilet and old vanity sink stored on the side of the house visible from the street. I think this house is most likely going to be sold but items have been there 2 weeks. No success addressing with the hoa. Isn’t this a code violation with the city of alpha? Please advise
  • 12120 Bluejay Ter Alpharetta, GA, 30009, USA - Alpharetta
There is a retention pond located in the Wedgewood subdivision between Bluejay Terrace and Blue Heron Lane that has had a broken security gate for over a year. I reached out to the HOA property manager in May of 2018 and to date nothing has been done to fix it. This is obviously a massive safety issue, as well as a huge liability as kids use this area as a way to cut through the subdivision everyday.

Please advise if this is not correct place to request and provide number of who we need to call.
I have sent requests through here before, and once it was accepted.
The tree branches and leaves are hanging over on the streetlight, at this address, causing decreased lighting and a security issue. We just had a break-in on this street, and having the city cut back the tree at this address would help add more lighting. The City came and did this for this address in 2016.
Also, who do we need to contact about additional street lighting for this street and Parkerwood Way? We have had a few break-ins over the past year. We would feel safer, as this area tends to get dark at night. Thank you very much!

Repeated requests to developer. Mud, sludge, debris in parking areas. Drains obstructed
