    Despite a previous report being closed, green spaces are still just bare dirt. Plants have been removed and mulch removed to leave ugly muddy places around downtown. This is the heart of our community but it looks abandoned. Needs to be beautified by mulch at a minimum.
    Please don't close this until it actually happens. And it's not just this place by the parking deck. it is city owned and "city maintained spaces" like the Chess Park and more.

This picture is where they are coming from and is located at the Tokay Fitness center soccer field to the back left corner.
