As a concerned neighborhood member, I must address the troubling situation regarding the car dealership. It appears they have illegally removed over 50 feet of fencing that contained electrical wiring, all to install an unsightly storage tent. Additionally, they have taken down a large sign that also had electrical wiring, seemingly to create more parking space for vehicles.

What is particularly alarming is that there seems to be no visible permit on file with the city for these actions. This raises serious questions about safety, compliance and the potential impact on our community and the neighboring businesses.

Massive earth works and construction underway, seems like inadequate fencing around the dig site and seems to be no posted permits.

Roofing has holes and is falling off. Windows to garage are broken and siding/walls to garage have holes or missing. Family of raccoons live in the garage and ruining surrounding property. Hedgehog/ground hog living over there somewhere digging holes and burrowing in surrounding properties. Siding and roofing in disrepair falling off and holes. Holes in back of house near windows and birds/squirrels go in them. Back porch falling apart and roof basically gone. Having a garden flowers or vegetables on surrounding properties are being eaten or stomped on by the wildlife from said property. Vines overgrown and growing onto neighbors shrubs and choking them out. Entire landscaping is overgrown and unkept.
No response from people living in there.

Illegal resurfacing of front yard with impervious material for additional parking.

The builders on the road here have completely ruined the curbing along Elton street, didn't know what category to use for this The whole end of the street looks like a war zone

The pictures I took are of the stairs in the 2nd level of the garage across the street from the Hanover theater.
Many theater goers and subscribers have to use an elevator that is faulty at times or need to walk through the ramp of the garage to get to the level they are parked in.
This is a safety concern for the city of Worcester of which people are not using stairs but the ramp in the parking garage to get to their cars.
Please address this issue, winter is coming and this can become more hazardous for the public utilizing this garage and pay for parking

Someone posted my property black bags on my property (bags of granite stones) and it seems that the city came and picked up my property and I would like it back, how can I get my granite stones back

The construction at 13 Gilman Street has caused significant damage to my property at 15 Gilman Street. Last week, my fence was destroyed, along with my property line and flowers. Today, the excavator caused significant damage to my front support wall, almost to the point of catastrophic failure. The construction needs to be halted immediately!
