    Josie's Place frequently over serves patrons who then exhibit loud and disruptive bahavior at all hours of the night. Additionally, on several occasions I have witnessed visibly intoxicated individuals leave the establishment and then get into their cars and drive.

    What is the plan to correct this road?
    Vehicles are now driving dangerously to avoid the poor road condition. It's only a matter of time before there is a head on collision.
    The road needs to be planed and resurfaced at a minimum.
    To do it correctly, it should be rebuild for the load that it is primarily exposed to. Heavily loaded tractor trailers

    Inbound traffic on main St bottlenecks @ Tileston. I think the timing of the lights should be evaluated, and perhaps consider banning parking so there can be two lanes of traffic.

    Any idea if anyone is going to come and finish Devens St and Union Ave.? They haven't been here for well over a month and a half. They still need to put top layer and street signs. These streets haven't seen a street sweeper since street sweeping started. Seems like they forget to finish their job.

    Everytime I drive to this area I smell a very toxic smell seems to be coming from the power plant. Can we have the EPA test the air quality in this area

    A year and a half ago National Grid dug up Coolidge St. and Edith St. in the middle of winter. They did a poor job repairing the asphalt and caused numerous sink holes and damage to Yarmouth St. I talked to Julies our City Engineer in March and he told me National Grid was coming back to fix all the issues. To date no response.

    These folks have some sort of a cabana set up in the backyard/driveway with lights and speakers and DJ Mixmaster is out there blasting R&B every night. I am several houses away and if there is an open window, It is clear and loud. This is not the Favela in Brazil. People sleep. It is a nuisance.

    Empty Lot Between 108 & 118 Mt. Washington St Everett, Massachusetts - Everett
    This is a city owned lot. Neighbor has been taking care of it for years and is unable to care for it any longer. City takes care of their lot on the corner of Alpine & Mt. Washington. Should do the same for this one. Tree on sidewalk is dying and weeds are overlapping sidewalk as well as drain basin.
