You know have to wait over 2 1/2 minutes to get a green light on Spring St. or a left turn arrow. During the daytime, the traffic is backing up all the way back to Chelsea St. And in the evening vehicles trying to make a left turn from Rte 16 E onto Spring St. are causing gridlock back at 2nd St. Also adding to the problem is the carwash traffic clogging the lower end of Spring St. causing NO traffic to be able to travel on that section of the street. -
