    For the last two years I have contacted city hall regarding the large tree in front of my property, with no calls being returned to me. This tree is lifting the sidewalk causing physical injury to residents as well as pedestrians and it has been growing into, onto and over/on top of my house causing damage to at least five of my windows, damage to the paint on my house as well as damage to the rooftop. I simply ask that the city trim this tree by a significant/substantial amount. The location is 117 Vernal Street. If this injurious monetary issue should continue without being addressed by the city as it has for the last two years, I will have to consider other avenues to make sure it is appropriately remedied.
