    The people’s park baseball field has become dangerous within 90 minutes of sunset since the tree behind the backstop was removed. Pitchers cannot see any ball hit back at them. This should be remedied before baseball season. We suggest making the backstop out of an opaque material (currently it is see through) as well as planting 1-2 trees.

    Carla Scruggs, Please see closed ticket 6459651, closed on 9/3/19. When you contacted Saline School District, did they give an estimate WHEN this will be resolved? The 4 street lights along the north end of the park, along the parking lot have been out since June. And soon the time change will take place and it will be extremely hard to exercise before dark.

    There is something on the roof of the Frontier building that has been clattering for 3 days non stop. It is disturbing and incessant! It stops for a few minutes and then starts up again!

    Slip hazard. Constant side walk flooding has caused a mold or algae growth that has made the city sidewalk extremely slippery when damp or wet. Recent new construction of hard surface in the backyard of 329 Castleberry in Torwood sub has changed the drainage characteristics of the property. In the past this walk section would flood only during heavy rains. Now after installation of New impermeable surface the side walk floods everyday when owner waters lawn. Algae or mold has now grown as a result of change. Side walk is also impassable every morning due to standing water. Landscaping needs to be fixed or added by property owner, or sidewalk drainage added.

    Side walk continues to heave due to city tree. Big trip hazard for children playing on sidewalk. City has been notified in past and recognized it was caused by tree. Hazard has become worse over the past year.

    The section of sidewalk containing the curb valve is loose, and rocks when stepped on. It appears to be a tripping hazard as well as a slight annoyance as the block creates a loud thud every time someone steps on it. Thank you in advance for addressing this issue.

    The tree roots on the extension side of the sidewalk has pushed up the cement and there’s about a 2” high lip. If I had some orange paint I would have painted it.

    Someone could get hurt. I’ve forgotten about it when walking and have tripped myself twice on it.

    As requested by the city here is my report/specific details about the odors emanating from the WWTP. It has been vial many days recently, but here are my 2 very specific times. Yesterday 9/8 at about 4PM my son and I were biking back from downtown and the stench from the plant, wafting south up Monroe/Macon road was overwhelming. It smelled like we were riding past and overturned porta-potty on a hot summer day. The smell was all the way through the Huntington Wood Sub. This exact same smell was also present on Friday evening 9/6 at about 10:30 PM when we return home. I feel even worse for the homes along Monroe closer to WWTP
