    The homeless have set up a cardboard and shopping cart village. It's getting bigger everyday. Trash blowing everywhere. 2 weeks ago, 1 person now it looks like 7-10 people with more trash. This used to be a nice landscaped area off watt ave. They also set up right behind a bus stop!

    There is a homeless woman who continues to camp out on the sidewalk. She attracts drug users and buyers. She collects trash and makes a huge mess. The postman is unable to deliver mail to the boxes because she is blocking the sidewalk. There is a strong odor of urine and alcohol. she is across the street from 3719 46th avenue.

    Homeless people building on Q Street and 30th. Us citizens who actually work their tails off should not have to deal with their garbage and with Sacramento who has taken a hands off approach. I wish the heads of our govt whom take a sympathetic approach to this homeless nightmare woke up and dealt with them in a daily basis like some of us are doing.

    Homeless hang out is growing on Q Street and Watt Ave. This lady just took a pee on the side of the road. So awful! I came back from picking my kids up from school and we all had to witness it. There are several people hanging around on this corner. They get kicked out of the corner of U Street and Watt and they move down one block. It's just so awful. Garbage, guys pulling apart their cars, sometimes dumped trailers and now this crazy homeless lady taking a pee right in front of business and right on my street. It's so disgusting and none of these people are getting any help! Sacramento is nuts that they are letting this problem grow.

    Homeless camping and debris on the property immediately south of Smog Busters on Fulton Ave. Camp and debris is setup between the bushes, and the back flow preventer and hydrant, just a little west of the public sidewalk.
