Illegal fireworks being shot into air near Elem school. Pieces of fireworks coming down near shake roof houses

The house seems unoccupied and the lawn is nearly two feet tall and turning brown. It's a fire hazard.

The vacant property (tried to find current owner) on the corner of 32nd Street and Elkhorn Blvd (entrance to property is on 32nd Street directly across from 6735 32nd Street) there is a homeless camp being constructed. Apparently in a few trees they are building "treehouses" so out of the view of the public. My huge concern over this, these homeless individuals are coming on my property digging through dumpsters, sleeping by our dumpsters and making huge messes. They are occasionally removed by Sheriff Department. I've tried to find the owner to inform him, but unable to locate it. Please Please Please have this matter resolved. It's becoming unsightly and as I mentioned, they are coming onto our property bothering tenants.

Approx 7833 Fair Oaks Blvd, Carmichael - transient nuisance at vacant for lease property next to auto dealer. Transient group on bikes & foot seen at & trespassing into back lot. Not sure if building is secured or no trespassing signs in place.

Wetland preserve grass fires... It's time again for the dry grasses and weeds bordering the homes on Morning Hills St and Fruitdale Way to be cut down to prevent potential fires from reaching our yards and homes. There was a house that burned to the ground early Sunday morning just a 1/4 mile south of us on Gerber Rd. Thank you for your response.
