  • 463 1300 S Salt Lake City, UT 84115, USA - Glendale
    All of the "under bridge lights" are out or function at a very poor level and/or wrong time of day. under all 4 bridges on both north & south sides of street. very dark under this portion of 1300 S. I am unsure if this is a demographic issue due to lower incomes on the west side but has been an issure for somtime. I await an update and fixed lighting. Sincerely Craig James

    I-80 Eastbound on ramp merge light are not working properly (only 1 of 4 work) I figured I would report this as this is probably a safety issue with cars merging out of the dark onto I-80.

    Several street light poles not operating. These have been out for months. Merging onto SB I-215 from EB I-80 prior to 3300 South exit.

    The interstate lights are always off in this section and Multiple other sections on I-15 from Lehi to Salt Lake City, very unsafe. Why is nobody monitoring this?
    Look at your own cameras and lets blame it on local gov sections.

    LED overhead light on north/West side of road strobing
  • 2033 W North Temple St Salt Lake City, UT 84116, USA - Poplar Grove
    Off ramp lights do not work. All lights are out.
  • I-15 Springville, UT 84663, USA - Springville
    almost all signage lighting and or inter stat lighting between Spanish for and south Orem on i-15 does not have working lights everything is dark and hard to see, off ramp exit signs, and others affected put north bound but south bound is affected too
  • Exit 307 Salt Lake City, UT, 84104, USA - Poplar Grove
    Two high mast lights are out that cover the 400 N HOV on/off ramp.
