Intersection striping gone making turns dangerous.

Belt Route to i-215 there is no lighting and you are unable to see the strips anymore on the road for the different lines needs new paint for sure

Travelling on I-215, just before the I-80 interchange, the #1 and #2 lanes merge. I believe that this creates a traffic hazard, as these are usually the two fastest lanes, and during rush hour, traffic in those lanes frequently comes to a quick stop. I would propose evaluating re-striping this section so that the #1 and #2 lanes continue without the merge, and either have the #3 and #4 lanes merge or have the #4 lane be an exit-only lane for I-80. (Currently the #4 lane has the option to chose either I-80 or I-215.)

The whole curve area of SR-209 around Quarry Bend, particularly at the 9400 S intersection are in need of new lane striping It's very warn leading to wondering lanes during turns

Crews failed to repaint the left turn lane on 500 s. (west) to main street (south) after replacing the asphalt.

I was almost in an accident because there are no lines to indicate lanes. I noticed it driving southbound on the belt loop from 215 to I15 by 7200s exit.

Needing indicators to let drivers know they can turn into their own lane instead of holding up traffic to turn. It has been leaving a massive amount of cars lined up trying to turn right onto 146th to head to the freeway. This slows and impedes traffic as the drivers are unsure if they can turn onto the road.

The lane striping on Redwood road at the bottom of the southbound exit from 2-15 east, has a very confusing white line break for merging to the right. It needs to be restriped so that there is not a confusion as to when cars are allowed to legally merge to the right lane. Right now it shows two different line breaks.

During the rain and during the evening sun, the poor striping on the freeway caused cars to weave in and out of other vehicle's lanes Minimal effort was made to cover the old striping and its confused the new striping Please correct for safety's sake

Going West on 13200 South as you approach Mountain View Corridor there is one lane for left turns and another for a future through lane. People are turning left from the through lane. There is only one signal head for people turning left. I am afraid that this will cause people to want to turn left out of the through lane once the connection to the west is made. They had that lane blocked of with some panels or barrels but they are gone now. We either need an additional signal head installed so we can have two lanes turn and people know it is a dual left turn movement and/or an additional left turn arrow and make it a true dual left or close the through lane with traffic control devices.
