At the intersection of 500W and Center St in Provo is is it possible to stripe the westbound lanes through the intersection, or provide signage, that tells drivers that the right through lane curves dramatically? Drivers assume the car in the left through lane is turning left because that car is facing the turn lane in the opposite direction, because of the curvature. I've been nearly hit, or cutoff, by the right lane car numerous times and seen it happen to others. Particularly when the new BYU school year starts and more people unfamiliar with it are using that intersection.

Stripes completely faded, cannot tell that it's two lanes

It’s super hard to see the lanes on the road in the rain and snow. Very dangerous to drive on the freeway.

No paint on road makes it appear like the lanes are merging. Two weeks ago, a semi-truck nearly hit me as they moved into the center of the two lanes, likely assuming it was merging. It happened again a few days ago with a minivan. It is confusing drivers unfamiliar with the area and causing a real hazard.

In the construction zone, the striping for lanes needs to be redone. It's hard to see where your lane is, especially the lane next to barriers. Almost got into an accident because of it. I was heading southbound from 600 N. Not sure exactly where the bad lanimg is but it was a bend.

This intersection is extremely dangerous for drivers northbound turning left onto 1220 South.
There is no turn lane so drivers behind you have to come to a complete stop or swerve around you while you wait for southbound traffic to clear so you can make a left turn. This has caused accidents before and whenever you are turning here you have to keep an eye on traffic behind you, hoping that they don’t slam in the back of you. There is already pavement wide enough for a turn lane here it just needs lane stripping to create a turn lane.

Now that we have a dedicated bike path built alongside 700 E can we please get rid of the painted-on one? It's confusing, useless, and dangerous.

Lines need to be repainted on SR 36 from Lake Point to Tooele

There's no striping on 500 south heading west so state street backs up when there's a whole lane for state street traffic to turn into heading west. It's dangerous and been going on 2 years.

Striping from 3500 s to 2100 s (probably more but that was the distance I drove) on Mountain View Corridor is not visible in the dark, especially during a rainstorm.
