  • 463 1300 S Salt Lake City, UT 84115, USA - Glendale
    All of the "under bridge lights" are out or function at a very poor level and/or wrong time of day. under all 4 bridges on both north & south sides of street. very dark under this portion of 1300 S. I am unsure if this is a demographic issue due to lower incomes on the west side but has been an issure for somtime. I await an update and fixed lighting. Sincerely Craig James

    Streetlights at the intersection don't work

  • 1488-1498 E Summit Ridge Pkwy Santaquin, UT, 84655, USA - Utah County
    None of the off-ramp lights work on the 2nd Santaquin exit. It’s extremely dangerous at night when it’s not light enough. Especially with all the semis coming over the summit. It’s been out since last fall and I’ve reached out many times. It needs fixed!!!

    The interstate lighting on the SE and NW corners of the I-15 off ramp at 1400 N in Springville are not working (See attached photo).

    SR 92 at Triumph Blvd. Sent this to Lehi Power and they responded with this is UDOT's responsibility to maintain. Intersection is very dark with near misses with pedestrians in the crosswalks, needs to be repaired ASAP !

    a bunch of the lighting underneath the free way bridge for 400 south at night does not work at all or intermittently will turn on for a bit at night
  • Exit 104 Magna, UT, 84044, USA - Salt Lake County
    I-80 eastbound Saltair exit 104 off ramp lights are out.
