    All the lights poles at this exit the lights are not working. The lights under the freeway underpass are also not working. The on-ramp lights on the other side of the freeway are also not working. Basically all the lights at this intersection are not working.

    Freeway light at about this location hasn't worked in over 6 years (that I've lived here anyway), now it is on and the lights are flickering and very bright in my back yard and on the back of my home (including bedrooms). Please fix flickering and put shields on the lights as to not blind those in residential areas. Or just turn the mast back off, I've driving through the area many times and it really isn't needed.

    After two years and three online requests, the Exit 228 I-15 northbound street lights came back on. Thanks for that. Sadly they only stayed on about a week and now been off again for almost two months. Could you try again.

    All four cross walk lights at this intersection are off. These are the lights on the high poles on the traffic signal poles. They are focused to shine on the four cross walks at this intersection.

    This intersection is not on an interstate. It is the intersection of US Hwy 40 and Utah State Hwy 121.

    The lights all along the on-ramp from Burmester Road to eastbound I-80 in Tooele County are not working.
