The lights in the culvert serving the Legacy Trail are not working and/or need bulb replacement. Centerville City and Davis County to not have agreements to maintain the culverts, only the pavement surface.

All of the "under bridge lights" are out or function at a very poor level and/or wrong time of day. under all 4 bridges on both north & south sides of street. very dark under this portion of 1300 S. I am unsure if this is a demographic issue due to lower incomes on the west side but has been an issure for somtime. I await an update and fixed lighting. Sincerely Craig James

This issue has been submitted four or five times. At the parlays Way on/off ramp I 215 and foothill Boulevard intersection. There are at least two if not more lights that have not been functional for sometime.

Please replace the lights or repair.

Note, conversation conversations with the city engineers, and former UDOT employees validate that these polls belong to UDOT for maintenance.

None of the lights on the exit ramp north bound at exit 13 have worked for a while. This exit is really dark and hard to see properly.

NW streetlight is out connected to the traffic light.

There are 4 interchange lights, that are at the top of each on/off-ramp at Bangerter Highway and I-15 for both NB and SB are currently inoperable. I have attached a couple of photos illustrating it, and an aerial map of where each of these 4 lights are located.

Lights underneath US-89 at Shepard Lane were not illuminated. I took this picture at 5am.

There are about four light posts completely off during the night. One is at (40.5391338, -111.8935552) and the others are close neighbors.

All but one under pass light is out.

almost all signage lighting and or inter stat lighting between Spanish for and south Orem on i-15 does not have working lights everything is dark and hard to see, off ramp exit signs, and others affected put north bound but south bound is affected too
