The striping between this right turn lane and the #3 lane EB is missing, and drivers get confused thinking there is only 1 lane. The stripe is missing from the raised island between the right turn lane and mainline 3500 to the change in pavement to the east.

When turning left off of 700W onto 5300S the center yellow paint is missing for about 40 feet. This makes the two lanes turning left with no visual target to turn to. This is dangerous as I have seen people turn into oncoming traffic and almost have accidents.

StripingPotwierdzoneI-215 N Salt Lake City, UT, 84104, USA - Poplar GroveTravelling on I-215, just before the I-80 interchange, the #1 and #2 lanes merge. I believe that this creates a traffic hazard, as these are usually the two fastest lanes, and during rush hour, traffic in those lanes frequently comes to a quick stop. I would propose evaluating re-striping this section so that the #1 and #2 lanes continue without the merge, and either have the #3 and #4 lanes merge or have the #4 lane be an exit-only lane for I-80. (Currently the #4 lane has the option to chose either I-80 or I-215.)
