    the off ramp from i 80 all lights are out . As well as entering i 80 from westbound 201 , ALL LIGHTS ON 201 STRUCTURE ARE OUT. very dangerous for drivers .

    All the lights poles at this exit the lights are not working. The lights under the freeway underpass are also not working. The on-ramp lights on the other side of the freeway are also not working. Basically all the lights at this intersection are not working.

    Freeway light at about this location hasn't worked in over 6 years (that I've lived here anyway), now it is on and the lights are flickering and very bright in my back yard and on the back of my home (including bedrooms). Please fix flickering and put shields on the lights as to not blind those in residential areas. Or just turn the mast back off, I've driving through the area many times and it really isn't needed.

    Both of the street lights for the I-15 N bound onramp are burned out and need to be replaced. There are street lights on the west and east side of this onramp and both are burned out.

    After two years and three online requests, the Exit 228 I-15 northbound street lights came back on. Thanks for that. Sadly they only stayed on about a week and now been off again for almost two months. Could you try again.
