Light in middle of freeway is not on during dark hours, noticed that it has been out for more than a year, not sure if it has been turned off for some reason.

The Lakeview Parkway bridge over Interstate 15 in Provo has only 1 of the 2 bridge lights operating (see attachment).

All four cross walk lights at this intersection are off. These are the lights on the high poles on the traffic signal poles. They are focused to shine on the four cross walks at this intersection.

This intersection is not on an interstate. It is the intersection of US Hwy 40 and Utah State Hwy 121.

But the type of light that is out is like the high mast lights on an interstate. The traffic signals at this intersection is working properly. the lights on the top of the signal light poles are not working.

It would be helpful if you added a lighting category for these type of lights to the lighting selection

Also you need to make the westbound selection into Westbound so it matches the other three selections for Upper and lower case letters.
