the guardrail is made to absorb collisions but this one was hit very hard and big damage done to it. I'm guessing a big rig slammed into it. there were a bunch of lug nuts laying to the side of the guardrail from the vehicle that hit it. this was probably done a few minutes ago

Fence running along sidewalk has been damaged and there is also trash built up in the area.

Heading northbound on HWY 36, this barrier was installed last night in front of our Business. As I pulled in I was able to speak to one of the contractors about this problem. He was helpful however i see a bigger problem coming. While there talking with him i had an employee about get rear ended trying to turn into this opening. 7-8 other cars had to slam on there brakes without room to avoid other cars. Is there a solution to this? maybe a slow down lane for turning into business's?

We have had 3 roll over car accidents with in 15 ft of our pediatric clinic. This road is a high speed road and we need to have a guardrail installed for our safety.

Guarding over bridge is rotten

The new cement median that was put here is too wide for semi-trucks or even cars to fit inside of this lane. Also, there are times when 2 or 3 semi-trucks with trailers are lined up at this light and there is no longer enough room for them in the space provided so they block moving traffic.

Right shoulder westbound - milepost 193-194 barrier is extremely crooked and appears to be a safety hazard, especially for snowplows

I have lived in Tooele for a while and this has been a contant issue every morning. There needs to be a barrier keeping people from crossing over the gord to the fast lane. It has been so much worse since constructon started. I called on this issue and was told to contact uhp . I did and they told me they parol it once in a while but mostly worry about hwy 36. Accidents would quit happening here if barriers were installed to keep people from cutting off drivers going 80 mph

Adding delineator posts to close off the gore at this merge would decrease the accidents that occur in this area. I travel to SLC from Tooele every weekday and it is guaranteed that an impatient driver will cut the gore directly into the fast lane 9 out of 10 times. Some do as soon as the gore is level enough to travel. Then they speed up so that the drivers that are merging properly have no where to go.

Crash cushion has been hit. Needs repair .

Canal water crossing under a bridge hasn't been secured with proper guard rails and fencing! With young kids committing nearby residential area and Taylorsville park playground, it could create a hazar and unfortunate accident!
