    this sign is incredibly small for an interchange, and I almost missed my exit because I didn't know I was already at i-215 and thought they would make it more obvious and apparent, if you could make the sign larger and more pronounced then that would be wonderful and I wouldn't stress about missing my exit

    E 4900 S & S 900 E Murray, UT, 84107, USA - Salt Lake County
    A “Metal Plate Ahead” warning sign was placed on the corner so that motorists going onto 900 E from 4900 S cannot possibly see whether there is oncoming traffic. The sign needs to be moved so that it does not block the view of traffic going onto 900 E. Move it back about ten feet. I have witnessed two near misses already.

    Entering freeway from 72nd S eastbound tonight Sept 18th. Eastbound ramp of 2-15 was just closed, absolutely zero prior signage. Added 10 miles to our already/lengthy trip since we were at that point forced to take eastbound 2-15 whether we wanted to or not. Pathetic, put some signage up before people get on the on-ramp for crying out loud. Just rude.

    on the west side of Redwood Road just north of 500 North there is a bike lane sign that has been damaged and is laying on the ground. it has been there on the ground for more than a month.

    I-80 W Salt Lake City, UT, 84104, USA - Poplar Grove
    There is construction on I-80 Eastbound near the Redwood Road exit. Every night there are different lanes closed (2 lanes or 3 lanes open). When merging onto I-80 from Redwood Road there are no signs telling you that your lane is ending and it ends very quickly. I have witnessed one rear-end accident so far and many near misses. Please put a sign or an arrow before the lane closes so this does not continue to happen, preferable on the on-ramp.

    This morning @ 0545 there were several traffic/construction barrels all over the freeway. Some had come off of their bases. I hit two of the bases. A car in front of me hit a wayward barrel. The barrels were set up in a manner that was extremely confusing and treacherous. I was forced to exit the freeway at 7200 south because I was could not move to the left to continue on my commute.

    Traveling northbound on I-15 just prior to S 7200 exit, the right lane was suddenly closed with cones without any notice or warning. There was numerous cars who were forced to drive in the closed lane because they were not able to merge in time. The road crews were in the process of placing cones, but again, there was not posted warning of the lane closure.

    Someone left a construction sign in the grass there. It makes it IMPOSSIBLE to see traffic coming when I try to get out of my drive(12306 S Redwood Rd). Please pick up ASAP

    Traffic headed southbound at Hwy 89 Mt Carmel Junction merges to one lane. The sign that signifies this is partially hidden by trees. On a daily occurrence I witness near misses as I feel lane markings and lack of clear signage is potentially going to cause an accident . Have seen road rage related to this also.

    Could a sign possibly be placed in this area to warn drivers to reduce speed and that there is a blind curve coming up going west right after the Sand Hollow golf course going toward the Washignton Dam exit? There is a blind curve here and it's downhill so people that are already speeding unexpectedly come upon it and lose control. There are skid marks all over the road that go into the opposite travel lane and I've seen cars being pulled out of the area below the cliffside. Thank You
