This has become a major thoroughftho oughfare with lots of traffic, especially at People are taking chances and doing unsafe things trying to turn left (from all four directions). It’s time to install protected left turn light at this intersection..rush-hourthorough affair.

Going westbound on North Temple and turning right to go northbound on Redwood Road is not safe. Visibility is limited if there's a large vehicle or a semi truck blocking your view as they turn from Redwood Road to North Temple east bound. I've been cars almost get hit as their view is impaired. And with the large amount of pedestrians in the area, it would be a great idea to install a traffic light for turning right.

There was no green turn arrow for at least two light cycles The first time, there was not a blinking yellow arrow either, but there was the second time, which allowed me to turn left

There was a blinking arrow on the cycle before (as I was arriving at the intersection), then a full cycle where the left turn arrow was skipped, THEN the cycle with a delayed, blinkingyellow arrow There were cars in and overflowing from the left lane during each cycle, but a green arrow was never given

This doesn't always happen, but it has happenedbefore, multiple time. This is the first time a green arrow still wasn't presented on the subsequent cycle I'vs

The left turn light on east bound Shepard Lane to go north on 89 never flashes yellow. It's strictly a green left turn which causes all other directions to stop. The left yield light isn't being utilized which is causing more traffic. This is observed at all times of the day, regardless of levels of traffic.

There NEEDS to be a green turn arrow during vertisn times of the day turning left off of highway 40 ongo state streets ontocertain

Signals for northbound/southbound traffic turn green even when there is no northbound/southbound traffic, this slows down eastbound/westbound traffic, but also the left turn signals never turn green because of this.

This turn is so incredibly dangerous and with the construction it is the only place to turn. There are so many bikers and cars. I am terrified my 16 yr old driver is going to hit a biker or get in a wreck.

The traffic light on the south of the intersection of 3300 s and 300 w is not allowing for safe transitions for travelers going south on 300 w and making a right hand turn. When the southbound 300 w travelers get a green light to turn right or go straight ahead, the northbound 300 w travelers have a green light to go straight and a flashing yellow light to turn left onto 3300 s. This is causing MAJOR issues as the people turning left are not waiting until the people turning right onto 3300 s (who have the green light) and are just pulling out in front of anyone turning right. I see this every single day and have almost been hit numerous times. I have had MANY road ragers try and follow me home or get out of their cars at the stoplight for turning south onto I-15. It is a huge problem and it is a miracle no one has been injured at this intersection. Can you please see if someone could stop allowing the Flashing Yellow Light at this intersection? Give the people turning left their own green light, but stop the flashing yellow altogether. It would be much safer for everyone. Thank you for letting me speak about this.

There is a u turn light at this intersection in front of the Wendy’s. Is there anyway this light can be a blinking yellow light until traffic picks up around 7am or make this light change in a more reasonable time frame in the morning when there’s no oncoming traffic. This light takes forever to change and makes no sense this early in the morning.

I would like to report a serious safety concern at the intersection where Highway 191 merges into Highway 40 and continues onto 100 West Street in Duchesne, Utah. This intersection leads directly toward Duchesne Elementary and Duchesne High School, and is heavily used by students, buses, and families each day.

When approaching the light from Highway 191 through Highway 40 toward 100 West, there are turn arrows for left and right turns, but no lane arrows or signage indicating which lane is designated for vehicles traveling straight through the intersection. As a result, drivers use both lanes to continue straight, even though the roadway narrows to a single lane immediately after crossing the light.

This unclear lane guidance creates frequent confusion and near-miss situations, particularly during school drop-off and pickup times. It poses a significant safety hazard for both drivers and pedestrians in this school zone.

I strongly urge UDOT to review this intersection for improved lane markings, signage, or signal indicators to clarify traffic flow and prevent potential accidents.

Long dangerous lines in right turn lane, reading No. I-15, where many autos go straight along St.George Blvd. They could also get into the left-turn lane, which could read St.George Blvd. & So. I-15. That line is always short.
