River heights boulevard southbound across 10400 extremely short. basically one car can get moving and the light changes. Heavy traffic area with Walmart trying to get across this road.

During the week it is almost impossible to turn right off once you stop at the stop sign. I have seen many close calls because people have to just shoot out in front of oncoming traffic. I fear this is going to get worse with new houses and business being built in the area.

Request: Dedicated left-turn signal/arrow needed for eastbound left-turn movement onto I-215 on-ramp. Location: Intersection of E 3900 S and the I-215 Belt Route entrance ramp near Skyline High School in Millcreek.

This intersection includes a dedicated left-turn lane onto the I-215 on-ramp, but the left-turn lane does not have a clear signal indication (such as a protected left-turn arrow). Adjacent through lanes are signal-controlled, which creates confusion for drivers.

This is a school zone with many newly licensed teen drivers during morning and afternoon commute hours. The lack of a clear left-turn signal increases hesitation and the risk of unsafe movements or collisions.

I respectfully request a traffic safety evaluation and consideration of installing a dedicated left-turn signal or additional warning signage.

SOS PLEASE IMMEDIATELY change the northbound signal on Foothill to only allow westbound turns onto 1300S with a dedicated turn signal. I witnessed 2 crashes here last week and there is another today. Individuals turning westbound on 1300S cannot see oncoming southbound traffic in the far west lane. Additionally, that corner often has pedistrains waiting for a cross signal who are at high risk for getting hit when cars collide at this intersection. Look at the crash data for this intersection and act immediately before someone is killed.

Traffic light will not detect vehicle when stopped at the light on the south bound side to turn left on to 1400 north

The one lane bridge project requires more time through the light. Please adjust the lights accordingly.

The traffic lights at layton parkway and the I15 on ramp (sb specifically) stay red far too long and don’t upgrade at 430 am when there is no other traffic on the road. The “default” is the green left turn arrow exiting I-15. It used to change in the mornings as I approached, now I wait at the empty intersection for over 2 minutes.

I would like to recommend having all lights turn red when the crosswalk button is activated, especially after dusk. The other night I was heading south and turning left (east) at a green light and did not see a pedestrian in the crosswalk until I was upon them. They had time left on the crosswalk and I was shocked that I had a green light with no indication the crosswalk button was pushed. People have already died there and I want to recommend making it safer especially at night.

There should be a traffic light installed at the intersection of Main and Center Streets in Parowan It's very dangerous, especially for pedestrians
