Fence running along sidewalk has been damaged and there is also trash built up in the area.

the guardrail is made to absorb collisions but this one was hit very hard and big damage done to it. I'm guessing a big rig slammed into it. there were a bunch of lug nuts laying to the side of the guardrail from the vehicle that hit it. this was probably done a few minutes ago

We have had 3 roll over car accidents with in 15 ft of our pediatric clinic. This road is a high speed road and we need to have a guardrail installed for our safety.

Adding delineator posts to close off the gore at this merge would decrease the accidents that occur in this area. I travel to SLC from Tooele every weekday and it is guaranteed that an impatient driver will cut the gore directly into the fast lane 9 out of 10 times. Some do as soon as the gore is level enough to travel. Then they speed up so that the drivers that are merging properly have no where to go.

The new cement median that was put here is too wide for semi-trucks or even cars to fit inside of this lane. Also, there are times when 2 or 3 semi-trucks with trailers are lined up at this light and there is no longer enough room for them in the space provided so they block moving traffic.

Right shoulder westbound - milepost 193-194 barrier is extremely crooked and appears to be a safety hazard, especially for snowplows

Crash cushion has been hit. Needs repair .

Guardrail is damaged and distorted with debris from the impact!

Along 7th east. 12100 so

Tumble weeds growing along guardrail on 7th east. Between 12100 south and 12300 so they are blowing out into the road at night. They look like an animal. I swerved to miss one on a dark windy night and almost hit head on to another car. Draper city should have contacted you over a month. Ago, now they say I have to contact you here you go.Thank you.
