Is the merge from the left side of the road just east of the target intersection a temporary thing? I've never seen this type of merge in my entire life It confuses people all the time and they inevitably slam on their brakes right in front of me I can't imagine what will happen when it snows and no one can see the lines or the sign and the semi trucks that constantly traverse hwy 6 get cut off The accidents are already high on hwy 6 Making merges confusing isn't going to help Can you fix that and make it a merge from the right please? Thank you!

Traffic lights needed and adjusted Traffic backs up 1 mile every day 3-5:30 trying to get onto southbound I-15 on-ramp causing near crashes every single Monday Friday Please help!! .-.

This merge needs to go away. Extend the lane all the way to 7200 W. People continually get out of the center lane and rush to the front causing absolute gridlock I've seen road rage by people who've been waiting pull out in front of people going 50, to try and prevent them from passing Having 30 cars rush to the front of everyone else because they can't wait is ridiculous Extend the dang lane! Please !. ,.

Can we get a light and double lanes added to the Bangeter south bound exit at 7800s due to major safety issue due to careless drivers? Every day between 5 pm and 7 pm that exit is extremely dangerous all the right hand turners (westbound onto 7800 s) are forced to pull off the road as there is no light and gets extremely backed up. And left hand turners (eastbound on 7800 s) shoot passed the designated merge lane into the shoulder between the exit and bangeter highway. On top of that added the inpatient right hand turners going into the left hand (eastside) shoulder of 7800 s exit to skip up the line and merge in last minute cutting off a bunch of other drivers. I highly recommend having a planner come and look at the chaos between 5 pm and 7 pmso they can witness the problem first hand. I and other driver who live in this area have almost been in multiple accidents due to poor planning of this exit. There is a light to turn left off the ext onto 7800 s going eastbound but not westbound. And adding a second lane coming off of bangeter for dedicated left hand turners and a dedicated lane for right hand turners. PLEASE FIX THIS ITS VERY URGENT AND A HUGE SAFETY HAZZARD .

Why is the UDOT taking so long to finish 6200 s Redwood Rd intersection?

There was a construction job that is getting finished up that appears to add an additional lane to the NB 600 N off ramp. What we the Community need is a NB off ramp at 1000 N. There is already a overpass there as well as a NB on ramp and a SB on and off ramp on 1000 N. This will spread the amount of traffic out that gets off at 600 N. The amount of traffic that gets off at 600 N to just go north on 900 W to access the northern areas of Rose Park is astounding. This would eliminate not only the amount of traffic exiting NB I-15 at 600 N but it would also decrease traffic on 600 N and 900 W. With all the I-15 construction and expansions that the state is doing this is a location that needs more attention. The NB on ramp at 600 N already goes almost all the way to 1000 N. So if that merge lane were extended a little that could then become the exit lane also allowing for the merge on and off I-15 at that location. Please take this into consideration to help traffic not only on I-15 but in the entire West Side.

Hi! After the expansion of Redwood road, there is no bike lane on either side between midas creeek and 12600 S. Imagine my chagrine after all these years, I had to drop off my car & bike home from Denny's auto and found out the bike lane is missing! Thank you for your help! (MyCiv#157633)

I’m wondering if anything has come from your investigation started in Feb 2025 on this dangerous intersection? This intersection was poorly designed. UDOT should do SOMETHING about this terrible situation. Since there is no funding to continue Mid Valley highway I’d like to know if there is any plan to address the number of serious accidents at this intersection? Anything would be better than the nothing that is being done.

I would like to request that UDOT bring themselves into compliance with the Ogden Valley dark sky ordinance, rather than continuing to install/add rediculously bright lights that disrupt the neighbors and a good portion of the Valley. Down facing lighting that cannot be viewed from the top of Trappers Loop, would be much more appropriate.

My wife and I were on motorcycles yesterday entering the 80 from 201 I believe. We’re not from here. We hit a large ridge that launched us from pavement as we entered a sharp curve. We both almost lost control and would have crashed into concrete divider. This situation seems extremely dangerous for bikers. Hope this helps save someone. Our trip almost ended tragically due to dangerous road conditions. Please look at it.

There is road racing every single night on 2100 N and 2300 W. I never see highway patrol on there. They say they aren't on there because there is no where for them to sit hidden. Fix it! I shouldn't have to listen to road racers every single night.

Also, on 2300 W, where you put the light in at 2150 N, people still block the roadway and don't see the light (almost hitting other cars). Having a flashing - the light is turning or has turned or whatever (like before Camp Williams on Redwood Rd) would be nice so people start to slow down instead of just speeding down 2300 W and almost hitting those going through a green light.
