  • W 1600 N Orem, UT, 84057, USA - Orem
    Interstate ramp lighting is completely out for both I-15 SB off/on ramps and NB off/on ramps and at each intersection where the ramps meet 1600 N in Orem.
  • E 1860 S & I-15 S Provo, UT, 84601, USA - Provo
    One interstate light on Lakeview Parkway between both Interstate 15 N and S exits at University Ave. It's the only light on the south side of the two 4-way signalized intersections. See the attachment for photo comments for the map. I reported (case #136338,) it to Provo City, and they said, "These are UDOT's lights.  Please contact them to get this light repaired."

    southern parkway and desert color pkwyoff ramp, traveling west on southern parkway, one street light on southern parkway just before the off ramp and one just when you turn on the off ramp and one on the off ramp. these three lights have been off for years!

    All the lights poles at this exit the lights are not working. The lights under the freeway underpass are also not working. The on-ramp lights on the other side of the freeway are also not working. Basically all the lights at this intersection are not working.
  • 2331 Harrison Blvd Ogden, Utah, 84401 - Ogden
    Street light barely illuminates. City of Ogden called, but they indicated it was a UDOT issue. Last night I almost hit a pedestrian last night walking along the sidewalk and across a driveway where the light should be shining. At night, pedestrians walking in this area are not always seen, which is dangerous for houses/driveways located along this very busy street. If the light was fixed, the pedestrians would be much easier to see at night and near accidents could be avoided.

    Bangor Highway off of 123 S. heading towards the west before the redwood Road exit has extremely large and white bright lights shining into oncoming traffic thereby putting all the construction workers in shadow and obscuring both the Layne and making it dangerous because you can’t see what’s going on in the road in front of you. I’m sure there is a standard for how to light construction sites. I am hoping that shining a very large bright white light into oncoming. Traffic is not the standard. I don’t know who is managing the risk at this site, but it is wrong.

    None of the street lights were on after dark on Monday 11/03/25 at the George Washington / State Route 7 Interchange. This includes the on / off ramp street lights.

    Street lights are flashing on the south side of US 193 right off of highway 89, the two lights just before the assisted living building
