    There are TWO abandoned cars in the 2500 block of east Clay Street, Parked near each other, and neither car has any visible LICENSE plate. Could they be stolen? One of these cars has been there over a month, and has had a completely flat tire the entire time.

    Green Chrysler Minivan has been sitting on the street for 6 months. It is missing license plates and stickers. The cops came by and put a bright pink sticker on it. According to that sticker, it was supposed to be towed last week. Someone tried to scrape the sticker off but hasn't tried to move the car OR put on plates and stickers.

    These vehicles are located in the alley way behind 115 N 29th Street. The vehicle's registration and inspection stickers are expired and they are inoperable. They are exposed to public views creating a nuisance, in violation of city ordinances, and create a blighted condition on the neighborhood. Please enforce the city codes with this property owner.

    This is second time in abut three weeks that I have asked for this issue to the resolved: For well over three months there has been an abandoned black Lexus in north block of 3100 Monument. The Virginia license plate is UR1434, and the right front tire is flat. The entire block is quite upset.
