There needs to be a Right Turn Lane Begins Here sign on Bancroft Way approaching Fulton Street where the transit lane allows merging. Most drivers think they need to wait until the dashed area of the red bus lane ends to merge into the lane.

RPP Zone J parking sign and street sweeping sign pole have collapsed and fallen over by the Southwest corner of Fulton & Parker - side facing Fulton Street. Sign is located in the sidewalk planting strip. Also note that the RPP sign is very faded / sunburned and probably needs to be replaced.

Someone has ripped out a nearby stop sign and dumped it near California in Ohlone Park.

“Stop for pedestrian sign” is missing. There is a mount where the sign used to go but the sign is gone.

All the residential parcels on both sides of the 2000 block of Hearst Avenue between Milvia and Shattuck have opted into the City's RPP parking system and can purchase Zone E annual permits.

However, RPP signage appears to be missing from half of Hearst Avenue starting at 2025 Hearst Avenue going East until Shattuck Ave on both sides of Hearst.

Example parcels would be 2032, 2033, 2038 Hearst can all purchase the annual RPP permits but there's no actual RPP signage installed in front of these parcels. Can Public Works / Transportation install the missing RPP Zone E signage?

People turn left regularly from westbound (downhill) Bancroft onto southbound Fulton, which, as a cyclist, has made for some very close calls when trying to continue westbound on Bancroft from the cycletrack. There are some No Left Turn signs, but they are perhaps not obvious enough. Paint on the road surface or add more signage before an accident occurs!

The parking signage between 2323 Hearst Ave and the intersection with Scenic Ave is confusing. There is a painted yellow zone with no signage which I understand is only for commercial loading. Just a few feet away by the private school is an unpainted street curb with signage 'Loading Zone 8am-6pm 10 min'. Someone from the school said trucks are not supposed to park in the 'loading zone' and this should be for passenger loading only but the parking enforcement officer said it's a non-standard sign and didn't differentiate between passenger or truck loading. Around the corner on Scenic Ave there is another unpainted curb with signage stating 'Passenger Loading Zone' but not painted white.

The City really needs to paint these zones white or have better signage if a loading zone is for truck loading vs passenger loading (yellow vs white curb).

The HAWK light at Ashby and Hillegass is not sensing bicycles waiting to cross Ashby on Northbound Hillegass Please check on the sensor loop Thanks!

This junction needs bicycle triggered signals for those using the bike boulevard.

Traffic signal on NE corner was clipped and partially facing the wrong way

East-bound traffic on Hearst no longer has left-turn signal, but west-bound traffic on Hearst still has red light during green phase for east-bound traffic. Either east-bound traffic should get a left-turn signal on to northbound Oxford, or both directions should have green phases without turn signals.
