    The traffic signal turning East onto Bancroft from San Pablo does not seem to register cars on the weekends. I routinely sit through 2 cycles of the light before going back onto San Pablo to turn left onto Channing. I see many others doing the same (occasionally people just run the red), which means San Pablo gets blocked as we wait to be able to turn left.

    Southbound Adeline Street, in the left turn pocket into westbound Ashby. The traffic signal did not detect me on my bike waiting in the left turn pocket and I never got a free turn signal, even though the loop detector here is brand new, just installed for the paving project.

    Please fix the signal detection to make sure bike riders always get a green light in the left turn pocket, and add a bike detector stencil so people know where to wait.

    We could use a blinking crosswalk at this intersection. It gets a lot of use and pedestrians are invisible at night.

    The walk signals across Shattuck at Center Street don't give people enough time to cross the street before they change. There are long waits while north-south traffic has a green light even though there are almost no cars. It looks like the signal timing is messed up.

    This is especially noticable at night when people are getting off BART and walking towards the campus, while Shattuck has very little traffic.

    Traffic signals for Fulton Street @ Durant Ave and Fulton @ Bancroft appear to be out of sync for Southbound bikes and cars. When light turns green for Southbound Fulton Street and Bancroft Way the next light 1-block away at Durant Ave turns red. Bikes usually just run the red light since there is no cross traffic at Durant. Cars occasionally back up at the intersection due to the lights being out of sync.
