Continuing problem of cars blocking residents access into homes during 2-3:20 pm. Spoken with School Resource Officers and unfortunately they have a lot on their plate. Problem is a daily occurrence, and suggest of Patrol Officers to conduct Citations as signage is posted "No parking Zone" is clearly marked signs. Drop off zones are not in Silver Oak Drive yet is impeding on our own exits and entrances to our Homes, and at times parked in some of our neighbors driveways. unacceptable. Please send enforcement, to stop this. Every day is causing such a problem, as more cars are lining up.

There is a 4-way stop sign at SW 134th Ave and SW 18th Street. When driving east, there are two lanes. The right hand lane is only for turning right at 134th Ave. The left lane is for stopping and then continuing to drive east. Constantly, cars are using the right hand lane to go through the stop sign and drive east and this morning one almost rammed into my front right side of the car. The crossing guards continue chatting with no report about what continues to happen at that stop sign. This is approximately at 7AM.

The cars exiting the condo complex and making a left onto 7th St are turning despite the light being green and the cars traveling north on 109 ave crossing 7th street. Based on what I understand, the cars traveling north on NW 109th ave that either are entering the complex or making a right turn have right-of-way and afterwards the cars facing south making a left can make their turns. But they cut-off the cars. Continuous in the mornings 7-7:30am

Traffic overflows due to stop sign. From 208th St. SW. 127th Ave. overflows to 200 Street causes major congestion. Intersection needs a roundabout not a stop sign.

Turning southbound onto SW 57th Avenue from Sevilla requires in most cases to run either a yellow or red light. There is way too much traffic coming from Church of the Little Flower or St Theresa School both after drop off or pickup. A left turn signal needs to be placed at that intersection before a major accident occur .

Traffic light timing needs to be equal in all directions and dedicated left turn lanes and signals in all directions.
