Hi, can we please have turf placed(added) on the soil watery area, rain or shine hasn't recovered since a tree was replaced very close to that spot. neighbors want to see how green and beautiful it was did. what's Miami Lakes is known for, green pasture and beautiful sidewalk to walk on by. Crosswalk on Harding when flashing is dangerous, some drivers stop for pedestrians and others don’t. There should be signs in the middle of the street on the crosswalk path.

Sidewalks are TERRIBLE. Broken uprooted and dirty. When is something going to be done about this??

The irrigation system is getting started around 7am, already under sunlight, on a time where there’s always pedestrians walking on the street. The crosswalk gets soaked, the water gets accumulated and pedestrians get wet when they pass through the street. I am not aware of the regulations for these type of things but a good sense should prevail, the irrigation should start at night or dawn when there is no pedestrians passing through the street. I pass through this location everyday around 7am, this issue started a couple of weeks ago. This is along the beach access through 87th with Collins with the North Beach Oceanside Park aside.

Street light has had no lights on a busy street for almost a year for refuses to come out and finally sent someone to fix it last year it was FPL this is a state road and the state isn’t fixing the issue and the light needs to be fixed urgently

abandoned shopping carts, grass to high, lots of debris and garbage
