City of Alameda PLUS

Homeowner at 2626 would like a second city tree planted where circled. Homeowner will re locate current plant. All other corner Pearl and BV properties have two city street trees on their Pearl facing property lines (1700 Pearl and 2629 BV). There was once a second tree here, but somehow was never replaced. The sun is INTENSE, and with the elementary across more shade would be beneficial for the kiddos.

two trees on east side of St Charles @ Pacific are old and sickly and should be replaced. In the last 20 years, the city has replaced 3 trees near this intersection and they are all doing well.

Tree leaning over into street preventing cars from parking near curb and is dangerous of falling. Tree is also lifting sidewalk up.

Resident believes tree at this address is dying/dead

Tree was removed a few years ago, but resident is concerned about the hole left next to the sidewalk where the tree used to be. He would like either a new tree, or to fill the hole and make it more sidewalk, please.

Voicemail reporting City tree limb came down in the night onto private property blocking sidewalk.

Resident reports that city tree in front of her house has roots that are encroaching on her private property, causing her walkway to be lifted. She also has concerns for the foundation and plumbing of her house because of the roots.

Tree is growing and now touches roof. Please prune to prevent any damage to the building
