    Need to report growing and worsening homeless encampment under the Wilma Chan Overpass right before heading into Posey Tube. Have emailed, reported, and called the homeless hotline. No response or action.....

    I live at 1147 Park Ave. We have a really nice wide straightaway that people LOVE to hit the gas on. They're hitting 40-50 mph on the straightaway. Happens all day long. Can we get a speed bump? i hate to ask but it's bad.

    I don't know how to classify a noise complaint coming from the ATT building on Central and Willow. It seems like there is some sort of rooftop fan unit that makes loud noise day and night. Please direct this to the correct department. Thank you.

    A landscaping water truck was filling up at the fire hydrant. Was this legal or were they "stealing" water. Could it have been someone on a city contract who was authorized to open the hydrant? Who would I report this to in the future?

    Does the city respond to complaints about animals in palm trees on private property?
    A neighboring palm tree is home to birds squirrels rats raccoons etc.
    Periodically a LOUD death is heard which I assume is due to the raccoons trapping a cat or other live animal in the tree. What can be done?

    Hey Everyone,

    Just a heads up that the $179 duct cleaning offer is only valid until January 5. After that, the price goes back up to $299.

    A few of us recently had our ducts cleaned by Asher, and he did a great job. He’ll be back in our area soon and is kindly extending the same $179 New Year special again.

    A couple of neighbors are already booked, and he has about 2–3 spots still open, so there’s room if anyone else wants to jump in.

    He also does dryer vent and chimney cleaning if that’s something you need.
