This is the third bike I've seen parked this week to a random structure near here.
There's 190 car spots within a block, mostly used for car storage. There are zero bike parking spots.

All of the nearby spots are high risk due and out of sight from this location. Understandably none of these kids feel safe leaving their bike a block away in a automobile priority high theft region
Instead of finding lock ups, they took turns guarding the bikes and going into the store.
Given that there are 8 adjacent auto spots (and one no parking with a permanent car in it making 9), it's reasonable that these bikes should have been able to securely lockup in the same location.
