    Who is in charge of emptying this garbage can? There used to be a large garbage can at the curb, a few steps away, but now that's gone.The situation's pretty disgusting and looks shameful in front of the library. I see this has been reported several times. The dog poop bags and cigarette butts have overflowed and are scattered on the ground.
