    There's a dead tree on Mosley just past Jack London Ave (by the play area in Bayport Park). This tree was replaced in Oct '21 after the earlier one was toppled due to the rain. But it looks like the replacement tree isn't doing too well (all the leaves are dead).

    The tree roots from City tree IFO 1525 Gibbons are damaging the lines/meter box. EBMUD left a door hanger at residents advising them of issue and to have it repaired. They called a plumber and the plumber found that the tree roots are causing this issue of the water leaking and if its not repaired soon to problem will become worst.

    A few oak trees along the street are infested with oak moths and they're slowly migrating to neighboring trees along Coronado Ave. They become active and visible in the afternoon and evening time. Oak moths release hairs that cause skin and eye irritation, sore throat, and difficulty breathing in humans -- and these trees are directly outside residents' windows. Please treat the trees for infestation ASAP.
