    In January 2019 a car crashed into dual street light IFO Mobil gas station. The pole was not knocked down BUT the light fixtures did get damaged and are non-functional. This light is really needed in this area to help with visibility at night.

    Power box of some sort looks like is has been on fire at some point, maybe electrical fire, you can see black smoke against the overpass column coming from this electrical box in the photo, and it is completely open, the Constitution Way overpass just before Webster St. goes into Posey Tunnel.

    Homeless live right next to it in tents.

    I think the whole scenario is dangerous/needs fixing/looking into. Seen it for at least 3 months.
