Weeds and rubbish in Fortman way (right outside city depot !!!) also around corner in Grand St is a mess too. Vacant lot is attracting heaps of rubbish and is an eye sore for residents.

Weeds need to be trimmed at corner of NW Otis and Park St.

Roots under tree grate have grown causing the grate to lift

THERE IS A BROKEN SPRINKLER HEAD NEAR THE PARK - EBMUD RECIVED A CALL WHEN THE TIMER WAS ON AT ABOUT 2357 ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 30, 2024 - WE DID NOT RESPOND AS THE CALLER VERIFIED WATER WAS COMING FROM A BROKEN SPRINKLER HEAD - SHE ALSO ADVISED SHE WOULD MAKE A REPORT OF THE ISSUE AS WELL

The sprinkler system at this property has been set too high for over a year, resulting in a great deal of water waste, running down nearly the entire length of the block creating large puddles of water at the curb all the way down the block.

Overgrown weeds and dead grass please maintain.

Resident called (Janie Orsanos 510-325-7496) and requested a call back about her concern. She says that the front of the Bay Farm Library is unkempt and full of tall weeds. She wants to know who is in charge of maintaining the landscaping and if there are any plans to update the landscaping because it doesn't look well kept. Resident declined to leave an email address. She would like to be called back.
