SE Corner Nearest 2800 Fernside Blvd./Versailles Ave., pedestrian activated street crossing signal out of order. Does not flash for east bound traffic on Fernside Blvd. This is a designated school crossing zone - yellow zone marked. This is a pedestrian and traffic safety hazard.

The driver control light that is supposed to tell drivers that it is illegal to make a left-hand turn. Has somebody burned out lights that it’s impossible to understand what is trying to say. It also blocks the written sign that gives the hours of operation.

Crossing Pacific, the crossing light twisted the wrong angle.

Hi, I am in standstill traffic on the intersection of Sherman and Atlantic for 15 min now, and same yesterday, I was almost late to a daycare pickup bc of this. The traffic jam goes all the way to the intersection of Challenger and Marina Village pkwy.
I appreciate the bike-ability charter, but ever since you guys narrowed Atlantic to 1 lane to allow for a bike line this intersection is a constant jam. I counted the bikes passing by and there were exactly 0 (zero) passing by. Same yesterday. This is beyond ridiculous. Hundreds of commuters late because of exactly zero bikes. Can you please do something about the traffic light intervals here?

Bike signal not working in several ways: a) detector doesn’t work, b) signal didn’t activate automatically, c) when button pressed, only ped signal went on (no bike signal).

RRFB at crosswalk across Atlantic between Wilma Chan & Webster isn't working.

Photo is of new pedestrian crossing signal and signs on the southwest corner of Mecartney Rd at Fontana Drive. The new "Yield to Pedestrian" sign is BLOCKING the flashing pedestrian crossing light. This needs to be addressed.

Pole# 05588 To cross Webster, the pedestrian push button is not working.

While on a bike heading south on Packet Landing Rd, when waiting at the intersection to go straight across Robert Davey Jr Dr (with the intention of reaching Sea Bridge) the traffic light does not go green for a bike alone. I have waited at this light through many cycles on a bike, but the green light only appears when a car also pulls up to go straight or turn left onto Robert Davey. This is the case while waiting in the center of the lane or when directly atop the bike symbol painted on the ground.

Bike detection not working for eastbound cyclists across Wilma Chan. Waited 3 cycles and never got detected.
