    The city tree at 460 Taylor avenue is half dead, namely the part that hangs over the parked cars. Because there is a power line involved, it's beyond the reasonable ability of residents to handle. The request is to trim the dead half of the tree away, lifting the danger that the dead part will fall on the parked cars, and allowing the living half to thrive.
