I phoned in to public works that my street tree, a Chinese Pistache, had grown to the point that it may soon interfere with power lines but I also reported that branches are starting to hang low over sidewalk, enough to touch, or be yanked as sometimes happens. I also reported that tree tended to split off branches if allowed to get too heavy in winter with wind.
